CNB OFFICE RENOVATION | DOWNTOWN SEVIERVILLE
A renovation to an existing office building, originally built in the 1980’s. Since there was water leakage into the building, the building and signage tower was in need of a new roof in addition to the replacement of the second story patio with a new railing. In addition to addressing maintenance issues, we suggested the building be repainted to give curb appeal in historic Downtown Sevierville. The building was painted a shade of red to complement the existing brick facade and the surrounding downtown buildings. The railing design features a circle motif, a nod to the existing circular motif at the tower. A new streetscape and landscaping were added for additional curb appeal.
