A renovation to an existing hotel at Governor’s Crossing in Pigeon Forge, TN. The guest rooms were converted from an existing non-brand type to prototypical Holiday Inn Express guest rooms. The first floor public spaces including the lobby and breakfast room and prep were modified to accommodate the HIE brand aesthetic.
